    Our Baking Philosophy

    At Taylor's Tiny Bakery, we prioritize quality, freshness, and homemade goodness in every handcrafted item. We are dedicated to creating delightful treats that bring joy with every bite.


    What is Sourdough?

    Sourdough is the purest form of yeast, made with only 2 ingredients - flour and water. Over time, with feedings of flour and water, a dynamic ecosystem of bacteria is formed, giving the yeast its iconic sour flavor.


    What is Sourdough Discard?

    Discard is simply unfed starter, meaning it has not been given water and flour in a day or more. Using discard in recipes helps retain moisture in baked goods, adds a unique tangy flavor, and upcycles an otherwise *discarded* ingredient!

      Sourdough Discard Pancakes

      $10

      One dozen pancakes ready to enjoy or freeze.  Simply heat up, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

      Butter Swim Biscuits

      Homemade biscuit batter baked in a golden pool of melted butter for a crisp exterior and moist, fluffy interior. Purchase 6 for $10, or 12 for $15.

      Cake Pops

      Available in strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, lemon. Try one of our specialty flavors - Oreo or Peanut Butter Cup, for an additional $4 on the entire cake pop order. NOTE: Min order of 6 for specialty flavor. Please include chocolate coating preference (white or milk).
